OUR FISHIN PICS : 2006

PETS III

Welcome !! Hope you enjoy your peek into our life...Don't forget to check out the photos of our newest family members and read all about who we are !

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED, I WANT TO TELL YOU A FEW THINGS ABOUT US.
WE CELEBRATED OUR 17th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY ON MAY 23, 2006.IT'S BEEN A VERY LONG & BUMPY ROAD, BUT WE'RE STILL HANGING IN THERE.
WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH 4 WONDERFUL CHILDREN. 2 BOYS & 2 GIRLS

WE ALWAYS HAVE A WIDE ASSORTMENT OF ANIMALS AT OUR HOUSE, AS WE NEVER TURN AWAY ANY LIVING BEING THAT IS IN NEED OF A LOVING HOME. THIS INCLUDES WILD ANIMALS AS WELL. WE'VE REHABILITATED MANY FURRY-FINNED-FEATHERED BABIES. FROM ABANDONED WOOD DUCKLINGS, TO RACOONS AND PIGEONS. {WARNING : please do not handle wildlife unless absolutely necessary as many bite and have been known to carry disease such as rabies. You should always attempt to contact your local Game Wardens or Animal Control FIRST.} Find out more about Wildlife Rehabilitation here http://www.tc.umn.edu/~devo0028/ .

WE ARE OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED BY THE NATIONAL WILDLIFE FEDERATION as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat!!
NWF Cert. Number # 29852

I would like to encourage everyone to get involved. Help us to preserve our earth. There is a link to the National Wildlife Federation on this page where YOU can apply for a BWH of your very own.
Please feel free to drop us a line for any questions or comments.

HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR PEEK INTO THE LIFE OF A VERY BUSY FAMILY.

I HAVE TRIED TO KEEP OUR WEBSITE EASY TO NAVIGATE.
IF, HOWEVER, YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Miss Fancy :
Gone but never forgotten.

My dear Miss Fancy closed her eyes,
With head resting on Charles' hand.
We knew that she was in pain,
And it was hard for her to stand.

The thoughts that scurried through my head,
As she lay cradles in hubby's arms.
Were of the joys she brought to us,
And OH..her many charms.

Today, there was no gentle nudge,
With an intense "I Love You Gaze".
Only a heart that's filled with tears,
Remembering our joy-filled days.

But an Angel just appeared to me,
And he said, "You should cry no more,
GOD also loves our Rottweilers,
He's installed a 'doggy-door ! "

Jan Cooper
