We currently have chickens , turkeys and guineas.

All of our gals are Heavy Breeds. {No white Egg Layers here!}

The "Adult Gang" . In this group are Astrolorps, Black Stars and Buff Rocks.

"Goose" { light rooster } with 2 of his gals. We have 5 girls and 2 guys. Our 2nd rooster is much darker and we call him "Chicken Lips". He earned this name cause when the others try to fight w/ him, he kisses them on the chicken lips! {haha} He's a lover not a fighter. Goose started crowing 7-31-02 @ a touch over 5 mths old. Lips started crowing on 8-5-02.
* UPDATE* 8-15-02 :Goose has joined the adult flock now. He breeds w/ the Laying hens |

| The babies are 2 weeks old & doing great! I didn't much want her to set a clutch of eggs but she refused to be broke from the broodiness. So we allowed her to set them & they are all doing great. She is a happier hen now.

Guineas @ 13 weeks old.We have 6 Pearl & 2 Royal Purple.

He has no beard yet as he is just a mere 6 mths old.
